Sarah Kellogg is a student at Tracy High that took it upon her self to bring a "Locks of Love" fundraiser to Tracy in order to raise funds for the local "Locks of Love" Chapter. Sarah organized the entire event with all of the proceeds going to the "Locks of Love" charity which helps local children in the fight against cancer. We applaud Sarah for all of her hard work and her kind heart. The $300 dollars went towards a snow cone machine and gift baskets whose proceeds will all go towards fighting cancer.
